One of the most important helping verbs in English is the verb do. It is used to make negatives and ask questions. 101 Irregular Verbs

Some of the most frequently used verbs in English are irregular verbs, verbs that are not conjugated using the regular pattern. Examples of irregular verbs include: go, drink, and have. To learn the different tenses of irregular verbs takes time and effort. Try making flashcards that have the simple form of the verb written on the front of the card and the other tenses of the verb written on the back of the card.
